Mark Schnippel
Investors Realty Group was founded by Mark Schnippel in 2002. Mark is a longtime resident of Las Vegas, Nevada and has more than 30 years of real estate experience in commercial and residential development, construction, leasing, financing, property management and general brokerage.
Mark Teepen
Mark Teepen specializes in large Master Planned Communities with experience in high end private golf clubs, custom lot planning and development, major public infrastructure design and construction, development agreements, and project financing.
Rod Packer
Rod Packer has been affiliated with the building industry in St. George since 1984. Rod has been involved with commercial real estate development for nearly 20 years in the greater St. George market and closed over $100M in real estate transactions state wide.
Vision
Divario has spent years working with the city to identify what to preserve. It has been built around the community’s desire to preserve access to public lands. More than 30% of the master plan - more than 200 acres - are comprised of canyons, trails, biking trails, city parks and open space.
