What's New in 2021 at Divario

Construction continues on phase one, which includes 415 low-density homes and a 4-acre community park. We currently have 165 residential lots completed and sold to local builders, with an additional 91 lots under construction, to be completed this spring. By this summer, we’ll add 100 more!
